What Drives Us

01

Our coming into existence was based on our belief that current educational challenges in Africa require committed individuals who have a wide industry experience to be able to provide strategic solutions on institutional growth and development issues.

02

The exposures gained by our team through international assignments undertaken in the past and present, broadened our scope to be innovative in our approach to supporting public education in Africa.

03

We believe that through supporting capacity building in STEM education, we shape the future development of human capital coming from Africa to address skills gaps at a global scale.

04

Despite Africa having a critical mass of talent both tapped and untapped, further development has been stifled by resource constraints. As such it is our goal to develop a resource pool to support tech based enterprises to position Africa as a strategic partner in the Digital Revolution.

05

Our Directors, partners and associate consultants have an appreciation of the benefits of education collaborations between African Institutions and other global players but for this to be achieved, equity in education access needs to be supported from an economic, social and cultural perspective.

Our Strategic Focus

Our strategy is to partner with progressive and like-minded institutions who are committed to closing the education funding gap in Africa and support the implementation of innovative and sustainable business practices and models for global impact. This shall be achieved through resource mobilisation to support the following:

Retooling Facilities

Retooling of learning and research facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Scholarship Support

Scholarship support for under privileged students to access quality technology education.

Infrastructure Development

Infrastructure development to support growth of new Hi-Tech Industries on the African continent.

Faculty Development

Faculty development through acquisition of high end skills and exposure on current industry trends.

Alletha Muzorewa

Alletha Muzorewa

Board Vice Chairperson

Alletha is the product of Zimbabwe's Manpower development program that saw many Zimbabwean young adults get trained across the globe. She attended Texas Woman's University, in Denton Texas, where she received a double major in Dietetics and Institutional Administration and Business Administration.

Alletha spent about 20 years in the fast-food industry with a focus on value creation and professional development. Since "retiring" from the fast food industry in 2015, she joined the workforce development profession through the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) and has worked different roles as a workforce development professional for the state of Nevada.

Through these roles she mastered that the economic and individual health of a community depends on a properly educated and trained workforce. She understands fully well that supporting the workforce is the role of many stakeholders which include community based organizations, health insurances and healthcare practitioners.

The workforce development program at Anthem has provided her with a great opportunity to connect Medicaid members to the workforce which has become difficult for many members to navigate.
